  • What if I can't find a time that works for me on the schedule?
    I am a solo esthetician and run my own practice. I am able to accommodate clients outside of my regularly scheduled business hours. Please contact me to request an appointment if you cannot find a good time though the booking system. You may message us here or send me a text at (912) 279-7090
  • How do I book an appointment?
    Choose between a 30, 60, or 90 minute treatment. You will get a full facial with appropriate add on treatments included in the price. There is no up charge for add ons, we combine and customize the session for your specific skin concerns.
  • How do I contact someone if I have questions?
    You may message us here, send a text message to (912)270-7090, or email us at Tracy@SereneSkinSpa.com. If you call, please leave a message and we will return your call.
  • Do you accept walk ins?
    We require appointments as we are a home based business.
  • Where are you located?
    Serene Skin Spa is a home based spa located on Union St. in Downtown Brunswick. The exact address will be sent to you after booking your appointment.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
